Hi Love!
I branded “live in love” back in 2010 while going through a life changing transition. I had just lost my father, my rock, my soul + the one person that felt more familiar + like me, than myself. I took a step back, admitted to myself that a lot of life decisions I had been making were not because they were true to me + who I was, + what I wanted but what I thought I should be doing or what I was told I should be doing. These were HUGE decisions too, marriage, jobs, school...
I began to look at society, expectations, people in the world, people in my world + decided to take the independence I exemplified + put it to the big test, going my OWN way + honoring what that looked like day to day.
To let go of cultural conditioning and embark on a journey of finding the processes that worked for me to transform, clear + follow my dharma to spread love to all I meet! I promised myself after losing what felt like my heart that summer that I would honor the man who was happiness, love, strength, humility + a light for this beautiful earth + souls on it by dedicating my life to myself.
To vow to live in love with life, even on the bad days.
To not miss out on all the world has to offer but also what I have to offer. It all begins with LOVE. Love is our highest frequency and our natural state, we are meant to live in it, it is our given right.
Mixing this foundation of love with my love for holistic practices + health I then coined the concept of “living in love.” After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on relationships and a Mental Health/School Counseling degree I shifted gears from the Western approach to healing and transformation that came in the form of student loans + text books and took up Eastern approaches to living, healing + transforming humans for their highest good.
I went on to study + become certified in ancient technologies that I have put modern twists on that make up my lifestyle, brand + practice.
They include Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Shakti Naam Yoga, Ayurvedic Practices, Reiki, Energy Medicine, Nutrition, Kabbalah, Circles, EFT, RMM, Self Therapies, Empowerment Mentorships + anything and everything else I can possible learn to better serve myself + you.
I have done the work, tried all the things + created courses, workshops, practices that encompass ancient and modern modalities to change a life.
I am here for your journey + grateful to be a part. We are students of life, let's continuously learn all we can, starting with ourselves as the subject.
